In this year’s report, “Housing First, The Foundation of Affordability”, we celebrate more than 26 years of investing toward a solution. IMPACT has helped institutional investors access affordable housing opportunities at scale, investing nearly $3 billion in communities nationwide and financing more than 62,000 affordable housing units across 749 properties. We’re proud to support investments that help create stability, strengthen communities, and address one of the country’s most urgent needs.
