Alex Restre­po is an accom­plished Invest­ment Pro­fes­sion­al on the Invest­ments Tax Cred­its Team at Nation­wide, based in Colum­bus, Ohio. In this role, Alex has made sig­nif­i­cant con­tri­bu­tions to the acqui­si­tions and under­writ­ing team for Low Income Hous­ing Tax Cred­its (LIHTC), as well as led orig­i­na­tion efforts for renew­able tax cred­it invest­ments. Since join­ing the Nation­wide Invest­ments team in 2015, he has been instru­men­tal in the acqui­si­tion of more than $450 mil­lion in LIHTC and $350 mil­lion in infra­struc­ture equi­ty investments.
