Frank Moli­na joined IMPACT in 2024 as a Finan­cial Ana­lyst. In this role, he sup­ports the company’s finan­cial report­ing process­es, includ­ing cash flow analy­sis, investor fund­ing man­age­ment, remit­tance report­ing, and bud­get­ing and fore­cast­ing activ­i­ties. Frank col­lab­o­rates across inter­nal teams to main­tain accu­rate finan­cial records, sup­port quar­ter­ly reviews and annu­al audits, and help ensure com­pli­ance with report­ing and audit stan­dards. He also assists with track­ing and fore­cast­ing finan­cial per­for­mance across the organization.

Pri­or to join­ing IMPACT, Frank was a Senior Assur­ance Asso­ciate at RSM, where he devel­oped expe­ri­ence in risk assess­ment, inter­nal con­trol eval­u­a­tion, and finan­cial state­ment audits. His client expe­ri­ence includ­ed finan­cial ser­vices, tech­nol­o­gy, media, telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions (TMT), and non­prof­it orga­ni­za­tions, pro­vid­ing him with expo­sure to com­plex finan­cial struc­tures and report­ing environments.

Frank is pas­sion­ate about pur­pose-dri­ven work and advanc­ing finan­cial lit­er­a­cy and oppor­tu­ni­ties with­in under­served communities.

Frank holds a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion with a con­cen­tra­tion in Account­ing from San Fran­cis­co State Uni­ver­si­ty. He has com­plet­ed the CPA exam­i­na­tion and edu­ca­tion­al require­ments for licen­sure and is cur­rent­ly final­iz­ing the remain­ing expe­ri­ence require­ments for CPA licen­sure. Out­side of work, Frank enjoys exer­cis­ing, hik­ing, and camping.
