Frank Moli­na joined IMPACT in 2024 as a Finan­cial Ana­lyst. Frank plays an inte­gral role in sup­port­ing the company’s finan­cial report­ing process­es, includ­ing cash flow analy­sis, investor fund­ing man­age­ment, and the prepa­ra­tion of remit­tance reports. Frank col­lab­o­rates with inter­nal teams to main­tain accu­rate records and ensure com­pli­ance with audit and report­ing stan­dards, while also assist­ing in the com­pi­la­tion of items for quar­ter­ly reviews and annu­al audits. In addi­tion to finan­cial report­ing, Frank sup­ports bud­get cre­ation and main­te­nance, help­ing to track and fore­cast finan­cial results across the organization. 

Pri­or to join­ing IMPACT, Frank was a Senior Assur­ance Asso­ciate at RSM , where he devel­oped exper­tise in risk assess­ment, inter­nal con­trol eval­u­a­tion, and finan­cial state­ment audits. Their client base includ­ed finan­cial ser­vices, tech­nol­o­gy, media, telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions (TMT), and non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tions. This expe­ri­ence pro­vid­ed a foun­da­tion for under­stand­ing com­plex finan­cial struc­tures and tai­lor­ing solu­tions to meet client needs. 

Frank’s ded­i­ca­tion to advanc­ing finan­cial lit­er­a­cy and expand­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties for under­served com­mu­ni­ties stems from a pas­sion for pur­pose-dri­ven work. 

Frank holds a degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion with a focus in Account­ing at San Franc­si­co State Uni­ver­si­ty and has com­plet­ed 30 addi­tion­al units for CPA licen­sure. When he is not work­ing, Frank likes to exer­cise, go hik­ing, or go camping.
