Kim­ber­ly Tapia joined IMPACT Com­mu­ni­ty Cap­i­tal in 2026 as Asso­ciate, Investor Rela­tions & Cap­i­tal Mar­kets. She is respon­si­ble for sup­port­ing the firm’s cap­i­tal-rais­ing ini­tia­tives, investor com­mu­ni­ca­tions, and strate­gic rela­tion­ships with insti­tu­tion­al and pri­vate investors. 

Pri­or to join­ing IMPACT, Kim­ber­ly held var­i­ous roles in investor rela­tions and port­fo­lio man­age­ment at a real estate invest­ment man­age­ment firm, where she gained expe­ri­ence in invest­ment and port­fo­lio man­age­ment, cap­i­tal mar­kets, finan­cial analy­sis, and investor and stake­hold­er rela­tion­ship man­age­ment. Pri­or to this, Kim­ber­ly was a Reg­is­tered Wealth Man­age­ment Client Asso­ciate at Mer­rill Lynch and obtained Series 7 and Series 66 licens­es. 

Kim­ber­ly grad­u­at­ed from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Neva­da, Las Vegas, with a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Finance. When not at work, Kim­ber­ly enjoys being out­doors and spend­ing time with her fam­i­ly and her French Bulldog.
