Leah is a Senior Asso­ciate in IMPACT’s Investor Rela­tions & Cap­i­tal Mar­kets team. Leah serves as an inte­gral mem­ber of the team to strength­en our rela­tion­ships with insti­tu­tion­al investors and dri­ve ini­tia­tives that fur­ther IMPACT’s fundrais­ing goals. Before join­ing IMPACT, Leah worked as an Investor Rela­tions Senior Asso­ciate at a pri­vate real estate firm, Arden Group. Pri­or to that, Leah worked on the Busi­ness Development/​Client Solu­tions team at the glob­al pri­vate equi­ty firm Hamil­ton Lane.

Leah earned her B.A in polit­i­cal sci­ence from Drex­el Uni­ver­si­ty where she grad­u­at­ed magna cum laude and hon­ors with dis­tinc­tion from the Pen­noni Hon­ors Col­lege. She received her MFA in Cre­ative Writ­ing from Drex­el Uni­ver­si­ty, where she has held an adjunct fac­ul­ty teach­ing posi­tion in the first-year writ­ing pro­gram since 2019.

Leah lives with her hus­band and daugh­ter in Philadel­phia. In her spare time, she com­petes in nation­al triathlons and is a devel­op­ment ath­lete for the Philadel­phia Run­ning Track Club.
