Sask­ia Hicks first joined IMPACT as the 2022 Sum­mer Intern and soon after was hired as IMPACT’s Data Ana­lyst. Sask­ia ensures the integri­ty and accu­ra­cy of IMPACT data­bas­es and is respon­si­ble for the mea­sure­ment and mon­i­tor­ing of invest­ments for inter­nal and exter­nal finan­cial report­ing. Addi­tion­al­ly, Sask­ia leads efforts in algo­rith­mic data pro­cess­ing and incor­po­rat­ing arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence and machine learn­ing into ESG portfolios. 

Pri­or to join­ing IMPACT, Sask­ia served nine years as an Air­field Oper­a­tions Offi­cer in the US Air Force, lead­ing units with­in Air Com­bat Com­mand, Air Force Spe­cial Oper­a­tions Com­mand, Air Force Mate­r­i­al Com­mand, and 7^th Air Force Forces-Korea. 

Sask­ia earned a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Eng­lish at the Unit­ed States Air Force Acad­e­my in 2012 and in 2022 earned her Mas­ter of Sci­ence in Busi­ness Ana­lyt­ics from Domini­can Uni­ver­si­ty of Cal­i­for­nia. Sask­ia vol­un­teers out­side of work to help elder­ly com­mu­ni­ty mem­bers and enjoys musi­cals, hik­ing and a good data sci­ence challenge.
