2021
IMPACT successfully closed the IMPACT Mortgage Opportunities Fund, raising $210 million from six large institutional investors. This Fund provides high-quality, short-term bridge loans to developers and owners who want to preserve their properties’ affordability status.
2020
IMPACT supported the issuance of Freddie Mac’s first social bonds through the securitization of IMPACT’s Freddie Mac participation certificates, marking an aggregate $1 billion in securitized transactions for IMPACT.
Launch of IMPACT’s short-term mortgage loan strategy, which is dedicated to the preservation of existing affordable multifamily properties.
2019
IMPACT participates in first privately placed participation certificate swap with Freddie Mac, swapping $141 million of mortgages loans for Freddie Mac guaranteed participation certificates.
2015
Securitization of $106m in affordable housing mortgages by IMPACT and second issuance in the market under the Freddie Mac Q-Series program.
2014
Partnering with Freddie Mac, IMPACT supports the first Q-Series issuance backed by $215m affordable housing mortgages.
2011
IMPACT investment team reaches $1B of impact investments originated since inception.

IMPACT’s third and largest securitization, backed by $302m affordable housing mortgages.

High-impact Private Equity Fund of Funds launched to provide mezzanine debt financing to investments focused on job creation.

High-impact Private Equity Fund of Funds launched for Commercial Real Estate in low to moderate income census tracts & small business/job creation.
2004
Private debt fund launched to finance development of Childcare and Healthcare facilities supporting low-income families.

Affordable multifamily housing financing fund, Community Impact Loan (CIL) Fund, launched with $475MM in committed capital.
