IMPACT Community Capital is pleased to join Wells Fargo and Florida Housing Finance Corporation to fund the Saratoga Crossings III property in Dania Beach, Florida, which has just broken ground. The property will have 75 units for families and seniors, and will be equipped with resources to help serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Amenities include a community room, fitness center, computer/library room, and social services such as Employment Assistance and Financial Management Training.
