IMPACT has made a forward commitment to purchase a loan providing financing for
Birchwood at Cranbury, New Jersey. This new construction project will provide 66 units for seniors (age 55+) and will include 5 units set aside for homeless individuals. In addition, IMPACT provided a commitment to finance the renovation of a 51-unit development in Wilmington, Delaware, which will provide housing and supportive services to America’s veterans.
