Stephanie Tirman joined IMPACT in 2000 and has responsibility for its finance, accounting, tax and investor reporting activities. Stephanie also has primary responsibility for the company’s enterprise risk management program partnering closely with the CEO and CCO on risk identification, mitigation and management. She is the architect of IMPACT’s accounting system, financial policies and procedures and the investor reporting protocols. She had a leadership role in developing each investment fund formed to date as well as each of IMPACT’s securitizations. Stephanie serves as the primary liaison to the company’s Audit Committee as well as to external information technology and human resource service providers.
Prior to joining IMPACT, Stephanie was a consultant for a diverse cross section of businesses from startup companies to large telecommunication, financial, & healthcare institutions. Stephanie managed a number of high profile projects including Y2K remediation, corporate relocation, hardware & software implementation and IT infrastructure upgrades.
